Mashpee Public Library is a great place to hold an off-site meeting, staff training, business meeting, or club meeting. With state-of-the-art facilities and ample parking, the library is conveniently located to serve your group’s needs. The library has distinct meeting spaces that can accommodate large and small groups.
In addition to two small group study rooms on the second floor, the library has one large event room and one conference room available for public meetings of a civic, educational, or cultural nature. These meetings must be free and open to the public and cannot be exclusively social gatherings (e.g., no birthday parties, family reunions).
The library encourages and welcomes program proposals and suggestions (author talks, lectures, concerts, film series, panel discussions) from individuals and community groups. For further information, please visit the Program Proposals page.

Prior to submitting a request to reserve the Event Room or Conference room, please visit our Event Calendar to check for potential availability. Please note that there may be requests in process that are not reflected on the Event Calendar.
Usage of the Event and Conference rooms can be requested for the following times:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
A completed Town of Mashpee Liability Waiver must be submitted for your meeting room reservation to be complete. The Liability Waiver can be scanned and uploaded to your meeting room request application or dropped off at the library.
