Meeting Rooms

Mashpee Public Library is a great place to hold an off-site meeting, staff training, community forum, or business meeting. With state-of-the-art facilities and ample parking, the library is conveniently located to serve your group’s needs.

The library has distinct meeting spaces that can accommodate large and small groups.

In addition to two small group study rooms on the second floor, the library has one large event room and one conference room available for public meetings of a civic, educational, or cultural nature. These meetings must be free and open to the public and cannot be exclusively social gatherings (e.g., no birthday parties, family reunions).

Event Room


Capacity: 100 Chairs Only; Tables and Chairs varies with configuration
Uses: training sessions, lectures, presentations, meetings

Prior to submitting a request to reserve the Event Room or Conference room, please visit our Event Calendar to check for potential availability. Please note that there may be requests in process that are not reflected on the Event Calendar.

Meeting rooms may be available for use outside of normal library operating hours and are subject to fees and conditions included in the Meeting Room Use policy. A completed Town of Mashpee Liability Waiver must be submitted for your meeting room reservation to be complete. The Liability Waiver can be scanned and uploaded to your meeting room request application or dropped off at the library.
