The ALA’s Youth Media Awards


Looking for a good book to kick off a new year of reading? Well, you’re in luck – the American Library Association just announced their pick of the top children’s and young adult books for 2024! These selections include the winner and honorable mentions of popular awards like: the Caldecott Award for the most distinguished American picture book, the Newbery Award for outstanding contributions to children’s literature, and the Coretta Scott King Award, recognizing outstanding African American authors and illustrators.
