Cape Cod Museum of Art – Art & Alzheimer’s Programs

|

November is National Family Caregivers Month.  If you are caring for a loved one with memory loss, then you may enjoy the Cape Cod Museum of Art’s Art & Alzheimer’s programs. In collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center of Cape Cod, this program is offered every Friday from 2 to 3:30 pm.  They provide a chance for memory impaired individuals and their caregivers to color, create, connect, converse and commune with art and each other. The program is free, but registration is required. For more information or to register for a Friday program at the Cape Cod Museum of Art, Contact the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center: (508) 896-5170 or by email: support@capecodalz.org.  Visit www.ccmoa.org/art-and-alzheimers for more information.

If you would like to visit the Cape Cod Museum of Art, make the Mashpee Library your first stop.  Our discount pass offers free gallery admission for one adult. We offer discount passes to many museums!  Click here for a full list and to make a reservation.
